A perfect cookie for reviving your energy, packed with banana, chocolate chips, and oatmeal and boasting 6 grams of protein. Try them straight from the oven - super delicious. They are even more special as they contain no sugar or flour.

Ingredients

  • 1 - Banana

  • 1/2 cup - fat free cottage cheese OR Oskios No-Sugar Greek Yogurt

  • 1 tsp - Vanilla extract

  • 1/4 tsp - Salt

  • 1 large - Egg

  • 1/4 cup - Peanut Butter (chunky or smooth)

  • 1 cup - Uncooked old-fashioned rolled oats

  • handful - milk chocolate chips

Directions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F. Spray PAM Spray on a cookie sheet, or line the cookie sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a medium bowl, mash the banana with a fork until almost smooth. Add the cottage cheese or yogurt and mash to a smooth consistency. Whisk in the vanilla, salt, and egg until smooth. Whisk in the peanut butter until well combined. Stir in the oats and chocolate chips.
  • Drop the dough by ¼ spoonfuls onto the prepared pan. Bake until the cookies are set and lightly browned, 15 to 18 minutes.
  • Enjoy a warm cookie fresh out of the oven.
